Not gonna lie, the app works fine for me. It usually connects quickly, and the connection has been okay most of the time

The video quality was okay overall, but I was a bit annoyed because they made it sound like the images would be super clear. Some of the pictures ended up looking kind of blurry, so it didn’t really live up to what was promised.

I tried sending back a faulty item under warranty, and the whole thing was a mess. The support team was slow, the instructions was confusing, and they just kept bouncing me around without actually fixing anything. Definitely not worth the trouble.

I decided to order from gkutech.com because the price was better than a few other sites I was looking at. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, especially compared to some of the bigger-name competitors, but the product turned out to be solid and did exactly what I needed.
For the price, I’m happy with the purchase. Delivery was decent, the order went smoothly, and I didn’t run into any issues. If their prices stay competitive, I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

I ordered replacement part from gkutech and checkout was easy. Got order confirmation fast, and tracking came the next day. Didn’t have any issues, site worked fine for me.

Getting it installed wasn’t terrible, but I definitely had to go back and read a couple of the steps twice. Some parts made sense, and then other parts were worded in a way that had me wondering if I’d messed something up. It also didn’t help that the terms seemed to have changed from what I thought I was signing up for, which was frustrating.
It did work eventually, so I’ll give it that. I just wish the setup guide was a little more straightforward for people who aren’t super techy, and I really don’t love when the details or terms shift after the fact. Not a bad product overall, but the whole process could be a lot clearer

When they finally replied, it was basically along the lines of “sorry for the delay, we’re looking into it,” which was fine, but still frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, just more annoying than it needed to be.

The box had a small dent on it , but luckily the item inside was totally fine . I’d probably give it 5 stars if the updates came a little faster .

I ordered this from gkutech.com a few months ago, but I held off on writing a review because I wanted to see how it actually held up with regular use.

So far, it’s been doing well. I use it fairly often and haven’t noticed any cracks, loose parts, or anything that feels like it’s about to break. It’s a little lighter than I expected, but it doesn’t feel cheap.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that shipping was a bit slow, and I was expecting clearer instructions when it arrived. Still, durability-wise, I’m happy with it and would probably buy again
